Heavy-load Mobile Robots

PDQ Robotics offers a specialised range of heavy-load mobile robots for transporting large, irregular materials — from battery rolls and coated sheets to photovoltaic rods and full-vehicle assemblies. Built with robust platforms and self-developed components, these robots support cleanroom operations, precise movement, and multi-directional driving.

The HMR series includes models for lifting, coating lines, photovoltaic transport, and vehicle assembly, enabling integration across automotive, electronics, and new energy industries.

| Ideal for automotive assembly, lithium battery manufacturing, solar panel processing, and ultra-wide material handling.

Heavy-Load Robot Types & Application Scenarios

  • Lifting-Type Models

Suitable for vertical transfer between production lines and workstations; cleanroom compliant and electric-driven.

  • Coating-Line Models

Designed for high-precision alignment and roll transfer in lithium battery coating processes; supports second-level positioning accuracy.

  • Photovoltaic Rod Transport

Tailored for crystal rod handling with long-distance obstacle detection, precise docking, and 7.5m length capacity.

  • Vehicle Assembly Models

Supports full-vehicle or subassembly movement, AMR-based flexible line building, and quick model switching for mixed production scenarios.

Latent Mobile Robots

PDQ Robotics offers a full suite of latent mobile robots (LMR series) built for flexible, CE-compliant material handling in dynamic warehouse and production environments.

With support for multiple chassis types and modular configurations, the LMR series includes lifting-type, platform-based, and fork-style models to meet diverse operational needs. These robots enable automated lifting, docking, and transfer, and integrate easily with WMS or MES systems.

Backed by proven safety certifications and customisable navigation logic, LMR solutions are widely deployed in retail replenishment, e-commerce fulfilment, and line-side delivery in manufacturing.

| suitable for retail distribution, 3C manufacturing, e-commerce fulfilment, and smart warehouse automation.

Latent Mobile Robot Types & Application Scenarios

  • Lifting-Type Models

Equipped with onboard lifting mechanisms for automated loading/unloading from ground level to elevated racks. Widely used in industrial and warehouse storage scenarios.

  • Deck Platform Models

Provide a mobile base with rich expansion ports and platform customisability for carrying inspection units, cobots, sensors, or light production equipment. Ideal for smart manufacturing and logistics.

  • Latent Fork Models

Designed for direct fork-based retrieval without additional carriers. Combine the flexibility of latent vehicles with the functionality of traditional forklifts, solving pain points around pallet transfer.

SMART CONTRAOL & OPTIMISATION

Smarter System,

Smoother Operation

What makes our robots truly powerful isn’t just the hardware — it’s the software behind it. From intelligent decision-making to continuous optimization, we design systems that adapt, learn, and improve with your business.

Smarter Decisions, Every Second

Our robots don’t just follow lines — they think. Behind every move is a smart algorithm deciding the best route, avoiding traffic, and choosing which task matters most right now. Whether it’s sidestepping a blocked path or skipping to a priority order, decisions happen in real time — fast, flexible, and fully autonomous.

Built on an Industrial-Grade Software Stack

We’ve built our own control system from the ground up — tested in real warehouses, not just in slides. It keeps an eye on every robot, balances workloads, talks to your WMS, and even predicts when a battery or motor needs attention. Everything works together to make your warehouse smoother, safer, and more hands-off than ever.
